1. This machine is a small rotary tablet press equipment. The main
motor adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation, the
starting speed is low, and the production speed is continuously

Tablet Press Machine Description
This machine is an automatic rotating and continuous tableting
machine, which compresses granular raw materials into various
tablets. It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the
pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the chemical, food, and
electronics industries. The outer cover is a fully enclosed form,
the material is stainless steel, and the internal table is made of
stainless steel. The surface of the turntable has been specially
treated to maintain the surface gloss and prevent
cross-contamination, which meets the requirements of GMP. The doors
and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the
state of the pressing, and can be fully opened, which is easy for
internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating
parts are reasonably arranged. The frequency conversion speed
regulating device is adopted for electrical speed control, which is
convenient to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate. All
transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the
machine parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, when
the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop.
Application

compress various granular raw materials into tablets;
